I have had problems with my account for months! My ability to transfer funds has been blocked without explanation so I cannot transfer my own money back to my normal bank and generally cannot use this account for anything. For this reason I have now tried for weeks to close it but with no proper response.
No one has assisted and I am generally shocked by the worst customer experience I have ever experienced.
I have tried calling many times and there is never anyone available who speaks English. I have called during and outside peak hours - nothing works.
I have emailed and get no response.
I am not in Belgium so it’s not possible for me to go to a bank office physically.
I just want to close my account! Please find a way to solve this!
