Why cant see deposited money from atm in the app


Hello, today I deposited money from a bancontact atm 2 hours ago. I am 100% sure that machine got the money. But when I check the app balance is the same. There is no trace of this deposit. What is wrong? Is there any explanation for this?

It seems like it’s a technical issue.

You need to call us at 02 762 90 00  (you will need your Easy Banking phone code).  

You can also call us clicking on the communication button in your Easy banking App.
