Is your return to Turkey permanent? or will you come back to Belgium in a near future?

If you plan to come back to Belgium, you can leave it this way. If you do not plan to come back to Belgium, then I warmly recommend you to close your accounts.

Currently, you are already in Turkey, right? For your information, the closure of account - proceeded remotely - must be addressed via a “secured” call at our Easy Banking Center.

How to proceed a "secured" call?
- by connecting to your smartphone application "Easy Banking" and clicking on the tab "Contact Us"  ;
- by calling us at 02/762.90.00 and encoding the 5 digits code (also known as "Easy Banking Phone") in the vocal menu.
From 7AM to 10PM during working days and from 9AM to 5PM on Saturday.
