Welcome on our Community,
You will find your account and customer number on your debit card.
The account number begin with “BE...” and you customer number contains 10 digit.

What if my debit card only has the 16 numbers of the card? There are no other numbers.

It’s because you have a temporary card, in that case we advice you to contact our Easy Banking Center (02/762.20.00).
