Comfort Pack Debit Card


Hi Team, 

I requested for comfort pack bank account in BNP Paribas Fortis online on 4th December,2023.

I received the card reader but the debit card is not delivered yet. 

Without the debit card, I cannot proceed further and I am receiving emails that if contracts not signed, the request will be cancelled. 

How to get the status of the debit card delivery?
