Yesterday, I was supposed to make a bank transfer for the HEC Paris MBA program. However, I mistakenly sent the funds to the educational institution's account, which is held at BNP Paribas, without including the HEC account number. I only provided the IBAN for BNP Paribas, as can be seen in the attached transaction receipt in this email.
Therefore, I would like to know the best course of action to ensure that this money is redirected to the correct account of the educational institution. Can BNP Paribas transfer the funds to the HEC account, or can the bank return the money to my Wise account so that I can resend the transfer with the correct details?
