My name is Thomas Heusdens and i’m a client at BNP Paribas Fortis. I’m trying to link my account to a broker I use for my tradings but I need to show them some bank statements to confirm the informations I give are truly mine. The problem is I don’t have any. Could you help me with this?

You can provide them with your account statements, which are legal proof.
Alternatively, you can contact us via email or secure chat and we will provide you with a bank account statement.
Follow these steps to contact us via email or chat :
• Log in to the Easy Banking Web.
• Select the Messages tab (at the top right of your screen) and tap Check My Mailbox.
• Tap New Message and ask your question.

• Log in to the Easy Banking Web.
• Select the Need Help? (at the top right of your screen).
• Tap Open Livechat and ask your question.

I can’t find neither of them on my Easy Banking App. To what mail could I sent an email?

To find your bank statements, in your app, you need to click on your account.
Then in the 3 points in the top of your screen.
Then in statements.
