Currently I have signed compromise de vente for an apartment 134500 Euro on 20/2/2020, for which I need around 110000 euro loan apparently. But as I have only temporary resident card for 3 years though I have permanent (indefinite) work contract with Cognizant technology Solutions in Belgium, I want to check if I am eligible for Home Loan ( because some banks told me I am not eligible as I am sejour temporary A card from commune – though some of my friends already got the same loan with A card earlier). I don’t know if this is new rule ?

2 Prêts Hypothécaire

Bonjour, J'ai une question à vous soumettre concernant un prêt hypothécaire. A savoir: Deux personnes vivant sous le régime de l' "union libre", peuvent t’elles faire chacune séparément une demande de prêt hypothécaire  ( les 2 prêts auprès de  BnpParibasFortis) pour acheter ou faire construire une maison ? Et si oui sous quelles conditions ? Merci à vous
