I left France 2 years ago and I didn’t close my account because I was supposed to return. However, I stayed in Greece and won’t be coming back, therefore I need to close my bank account. It is not so easy for me to travel back in Grenoble where I opened my account. I found out that the card cannot longer be used and I also cannot access the App. My card is Premier and was opened at BNP PARIBAS EUROPOLE at Grenoble. What can I do? The card is about to expire soon and I don’t want it to be sent in my old address.
