Good afternoon, I recently received my account details, and set up my online banking. I’ve use my debit card in my Apple Pay, wallet, which indicates that my card is active. I’m unable to transfer money from the banking app to another account I hold. I’ve gone through the process of doing a transfer, and moving to approval on Lux . Trust, however, I then get a failure message advising that my secret code is incorrect, however, I don’t enter my secret code during the payment process. Hoping someone can help and Advise me what I need to do, need to move some money around. I’ll make some payments promptly. Thank you for your help. Greg.
