My card has been blocked


I was trying to make a transaction with my card reader but used the wrong pin. my card is now blocked and I have left Belgium. I tried calling the bank but everything is in French. I don't know how I can get help with unblocking the card, I can't make any more transactions but I am in urgent need of money

If you have Easy Banking App you can unblock your card, you need to go in My services, Cards and choose the card that was blocked, there you’ll find Unblock or view.

@RemnaAllison you can call us using the following phone number 02 762 90 00, this is an english line.

I have been trying to call from Friday, but each time I get to the point of speaking to the advisors, all are busy and I am referred to choose either a French or Dutch speaker. waiting longer causes a termination of the Phone call

Same thing happening. After going through the procedure to talk to an advisor, I am told that the advisors are all busy and refer me to the Dutch or French speaking advisor
