Hello BNP Paribas,
My Maestro Debit card has expired and I have never received a new one. Thsi card is used in the card reader for web banking authentication.
I receive the renewed Credit Cards which I also have just fine though. I have contacted your support department but they are always busy. I don’t reside in Belgium (expat account) so how can I please get a new Debit Card which is used for the Web Banking authentication?
Please let me know if I need to send you some account information (e.g my client code)

I don't have any access to your banking data via this Community in order to act on your card.
The solution is a call to our Easy Banking Center at 02 762 90 00 or use the communication channel once connected to our App (Monday to Friday from 7am to 10pm and Saturday from 9am to 5pm).
You could also send an email to your branch.
