Debit card blocked

Hello

My new debit card is blocked and explanation was that i have deposited and made payment around 1100 euro on same day. 

Card is blocked in last week, I called many times to service desk and assistant doesn't have any clue when it will be deblocked? Or what is the next step. Each time they mentioned to me that they are waiting response from concerned department. 

So it is bit frustrating situation.
