transaction


I would like to have an online chat with someone from the bank as i found myself in the foreign and try to use my card in 2 shops and have been decline, but when i see my bank statements i see they have done the payment and twice. What shall i do?

Indeed, you will have to call us in order to dispute the transactions. You can do it now, or as soon as you come back in Belgium :

  • using the tab “Contact us” at the bottom of your Easy Banking App
  • or at +32 2 762 20 00 with your Easy Banking Phone.

It will be easier to reach them between 7am-8am or 8pm-10pm.

  • a debit card ?
  • a credit card ?

Thanks for your answer. I use a debit card. I went to both shops where i use my card and both gave me a receipt where its written that the transaction has been declined for them, but i got the money debit from my account. So they said i have to talk to my bank, but as im in the foreign, is not so easy to call. So how do i do?
