MY card was scammed, i called card stop and they blocked it.
now i dont know what to do because everything at the bank is with appointments and i hate that system.
i cant buy anything. i am with no card for a week now..i cant poay for ,my online orders or anything.
worst thing, BNP thinks everybody speaks french. when i try to make appointments the system is in french.
pls help

Once your debit card is blocked in your Easy Banking App your card is
automatically replaced and delivered to you home.
Our agencies are available in the morning between 9.00 and 12.30 to offer you a
replacement card.
This card costs EUR 30 but will help you for a few days.
