error in transffering money via Sepa Transfer


Your transfer can not be made, thank you for contacting us (36) (SLD10082F). why does this problem come? i cannot transfer the rent to my landlord since past two days

Could you please join our Helpdesk team at the number 02 433 40 91 (7am to 10pm monday to friday ; 9am to 5pm on saturday) ?

BNP resolved it yesterday as i . mentioned in my message that this was un-acceptable to prevent me from making payments with my money. The error message on my net page was this and it doesn't help speaking to me as i cannot explain what this message and this is something that the Bank IT helpdesk should know and fix.
