where is my money?

I cancelled my accounts last Monday.

I am very disappointed because BNP still has all the remaining money I had in that account. After 5 business days the MY money has not been transferred back to me.

It is fantastic because I do not have account and and don't have the money. I would like to know when I will receive it so I can forget BNP for good.
