Won’t answer phone calls, emails or phone appointments


I can’t get a response from Lindsay Ferin, Mons Branch, to close and transfer funds??

Hello @Terry close my account,

 

We are sorry to read that you are not able to contact your advisor.

 

The alternative in order to sell your funds is to contact our Invest line which is available in French or Dutch.

 

If you only speak English, I invite you to contact our English spoken line on 02 762 90 00 to fix an appoint with a English speaking colleague to make your stock exchange order.
