Cant make money transfers


Anytime I try to make a money transfer on the easy banking app this error message appears.

There is definitely money in my account and I have no pending transactions or payments.

This error message could be linked to your account status.

 

If your account was in an negative balance (unauthorised or authorised but more than 90 days) your account is now blocked. You will be able to make a transfer after 48h of positive balance.
