Unable to make an appointment


Hi,

 

I received an email last week saying my application to create a Premium Pack was accepted.

The email also indicates I have to make an appointment via phone but either there are never Enlish speaking agent available or the service is offline.

Is there any other way to get an appointment? I need to start to operate with my accounts asap.

We are available from 7AM to 10PM Monday-Friday or from 9AM to 5PM on Saturday.
